Big Walk Xbox Boycott: House House Explains Decision [Confirmed]

Big Walk developer House House officially confirmed that the critically acclaimed co-op puzzle adventure is not available on Xbox Series X/S because the studio is actively participating in the Palestinian-led Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions campaign against corporate entities tied to Israel. According to verified reports from IGN Articles, the Australian studio behind Untitled Goose Game published an official statement explaining the deliberate platform exclusion after fans noticed the title launched solely on PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2. The title quickly secured widespread critical acclaim upon debut, recording a 91 Metascore alongside a 9/10 score from IGN reviewers who highlighted its vast open-world puzzle solving and emergent social mechanics. While Microsoft continues expanding consumer hardware through releases like the [Xbox Nano Controller Revealed: $50 Price Point Set [Confirmed]](/news/xbox-nano-controller-launch-details), House House confirmed its boycott stance prevents any planned Xbox port or Game Pass negotiation. The studio clarified that corporate partnerships must align with their human rights advocacy, cementing the console omission for the foreseeable commercial lifecycle of the adventure title across digital storefronts.
