When Does the Overwatch Store Reset?

The main featured shop in Overwatch rotates once a week, on Tuesdays, when the current featured bundles leave and a new set arrives. That weekly rhythm is the one Blizzard follows most consistently, and shop trackers list the next weekly reset for the coming Tuesday. If you are waiting for a specific skin or bundle in the featured section, Tuesday is the day to check. Do not expect the featured shop to change on any other day of the week, because a midweek change usually means a patch or a special event, not the normal schedule.

Not every part of the shop follows the weekly Tuesday rhythm. Personalised offers and other smaller sections refresh on their own cycles, sometimes daily, and seasonal or event sections appear and disappear with the event they belong to. That is why two players can see different refresh behaviour on the same day: they are looking at different sections. When you ask when the shop resets, first work out which section you mean, because the featured shop and the personalised offers do not share a schedule.

The most reliable check is the countdown timer shown in the shop itself, which counts down to the next rotation for that section. Open the shop, look for the timer on the section you care about, and plan around it rather than a time quoted on a random site. Times quoted online disagree with each other, partly because time zones shift the wall-clock hour, so a single hour quoted without a time zone is not trustworthy. If no timer is shown, close the shop and reopen it after the expected reset day, since the display updates when you re-enter.

If Tuesday passes and the featured shop looks the same, first check whether a patch or maintenance is running, because shop updates follow the maintenance timeline on patch days. Restart the game client and reopen the shop, since a stale session can show yesterday's rotation. If the shop is missing entirely, check whether an account merge is still in progress, because the shop button can hide until a merge finishes. Our Overwatch community guide covers a different corner of the game, and you can browse current offers in the 217G store while you wait for the rotation.
