Valorant Support Page: How to Get Help the Right Way

The only support channel you should trust is the one linked from Riot's official Valorant site and game client. Search results and videos often point to lookalike pages that ask for your login details, and those are scams. Open the support page from the official site itself, not from a link someone sent you in chat. If a page asks for your password before you have even described a problem, leave it immediately.

Official support pages organise help by topic, such as account access, payments, technical problems, and reporting players. Pick the topic that matches your problem, because tickets sent to the wrong topic take longer to reach the right team. Read the help articles under your topic first, since many common problems already have a published fix. If the article solves your problem, you have saved yourself a wait; if it does not, you can open a ticket from the same page.

Write down what happened, when it happened, and what you were doing at the time, in plain language. Include any error message exactly as it appeared, because support staff use that wording to identify the issue. Mention what you already tried, so they do not ask you to repeat steps that failed. A clear, short description with the error message gets a faster and more useful reply than a long message with no details.

Before you contact support, gather your account name, the email linked to the account, and the region you play in. Have any transaction details ready if your issue involves a purchase, but never share your password with anyone, including support staff. Keep your ticket number after you submit, and reply in the same ticket thread if support asks for more information.
