بروتوكول إزالة رمز PIN وإلغاء ربط بريد حساب روبلوكس

Verify the seller unlocks the 4-digit Security PIN under Roblox Settings > Security. If the PIN is forgotten, demand proof of a successful Roblox Support ticket resolution using the original purchase invoice before accepting credentials.

Trigger an email change from the seller's inbox to a dedicated, first-hand secure email provided by the buyer. Verify phone numbers, authenticator apps (TOTP), and hardware security keys are completely cleared.

Require the seller to handover or redact all historical Google Play, Apple ID, Credit Card, or Xsolla transaction receipts. Roblox Support uses the first-ever payment receipt to override 2SV and restore access to previous owners.

Execute 'Sign Out of All Other Sessions' inside Roblox Account Settings immediately after changing password to invalidate active .ROBLOSECURITY browser cookies and unauthorized session tokens.
