How to Spot a Fake PUBG Account Listing

A fake PUBG account listing usually fails on at least one of three checks: the proof does not match the listing, the claims sound too good to be true, or the payment process offers no protection. Check all three before paying anything. If the seller cannot show live proof of the exact account, if the description promises things no account can guarantee, or if payment must go through an untraceable channel with no recourse, treat the listing as fake and walk away.

Compare every detail in the listing with the proof the seller offers. The nickname, level, rank, and inventory in live proof should match the listing exactly, and the seller should be willing to demonstrate the account live. Watch for stock images, screenshots reused across listings, proof showing a different nickname, and refusals to show the account in real time. A genuine seller with a real account has little reason to avoid live proof, while a fake listing depends on you accepting images at face value.

Be sceptical of listings that promise permanent safety, guaranteed rank, or exclusive items with no conditions. No seller can guarantee that an account will never face enforcement, that a rank will hold without play, or that a rare item will never change availability. Vague descriptions that avoid specifics about linked logins, restrictions, or transfer steps are another warning sign. A trustworthy listing is specific about what is included, what is not, and how the transfer works, rather than relying on superlatives.

Pressure is a classic scam tool. Watch for sellers who insist you pay immediately, who offer a discount that expires in minutes, who move the conversation off a protected platform, or who refuse any escrow-style protection. A legitimate sale can wait for you to verify proof and confirm the transfer process in writing. Keep the full conversation record, never share your own passwords, and never pay through a method you cannot trace or reverse if the seller disappears after payment.
