Town hall level is the headline, not the price. Troops, heroes, skins, and clean transfer decide what a max TH15 is worth in India.

A max Town Hall 15 base is not one product: two max TH15 villages can differ enormously in hero levels, troop levels, skins, and history. The price drivers are maxed heroes and troops first, rare skins and scenery second, and clan and war history third. An Indian-market price also reflects local demand and payment methods, which is why the same village can be quoted differently across regions. Any single-number price for TH15 max ignores all of this.
Estimating in the Indian Market
To estimate fairly, list the village completely: hero levels, troop and spell levels, skins and scenery, and war history. Compare against completed trades of similar villages in the same market, and discount for risk: a village still tied to the seller's Supercell ID, email, or phone is recoverable, and that risk cuts safe value sharply. A clean, fully transferred village is worth more than a stronger one that can be pulled back.
Rules and Safe Transfer
Supercell's terms prohibit account trading, so support will not protect a traded village the way it protects an original owner's. That makes the transfer process the deal: escrow holding payment until every Supercell ID recovery channel has moved and sessions are terminated. Sellers who refuse that process, quote a fixed price without inventory, or rush the deal are signalling that the village will not survive verification.
