Fix PUBG Mobile Error Code 55476: 'Server authentication failed. Please login again.'

Question

Every time I try to login to PUBG Mobile via Twitter or Apple ID, it shows:
'Server authentication failed. Error code: 55476. Please check your network and login again.'

I checked my Wi-Fi, it's 50 Mbps. I restarted the phone and reinstalled the game, but the error persists. Does this mean the account is banned, or is it a server desync error?

**Good news:** Error Code 55476 is **NOT a ban**. It is an OAuth token expiration error between the social provider (Twitter / Facebook / Apple ID) and Krafton's regional gateway.

### Step-by-Step Fix:
1. **Clear DNS Cache on Mobile**:
   - On Android: Go to **Settings -> Network & Internet -> Private DNS -> Set to `dns.google`**.
   - On iOS: Go to **Settings -> Wi-Fi -> Tap (i) on your network -> Configure DNS -> Manual -> Add `8.8.8.8` and `1.1.1.1`**.
2. **Revoke and Re-Authorize App Permission**:
   - If using Twitter/X: Open Twitter on browser -> Settings & Privacy -> Security & Account Access -> Apps & Sessions -> Connected Apps -> Revoke **PUBG Mobile**.
   - Now open PUBG Mobile and tap Login with Twitter. It will prompt a fresh login screen.
3. **In-Game Routine Repair**:
   - On the PUBG Mobile login screen, tap the **Repair** button on the right side.
   - Check **Routine Repair** (leaves maps intact, only clears corrupt cache).
   - Tap OK, let it restart.

The authentication loop will be resolved immediately.
